Does TS Ship Internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within India.

We want to build towards more international shipping locations down the track — hope to be joining with you soon!

How should I wash and care for my Training State?

We recommend keeping things cool — wash on cold and hang dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer. Cold water keeps elastic fibers intact and drying at low temperatures preserves fabrics’ stretch.

When will my order ship?

We typically ask for 1-3 business days for our team to pack & ship your full order. However during promotional holiday weeks, your order will ship within 5 business days.

Where do you make your gear?

We are currently manufacturing in India. We prioritize the selection of our partners based on the quality of the product, worker’s safety, environmental concerns and fair wages and benefits.

How often do you restock things?

We introduce new styles throughout each season, aiming to keep “Classic” colors in-stock year round while “Seasonal” colors and styles may or may not be restocked. If you wish to join the waitlist or know about a product’s restocking time, just share the style and size to us on mail — we’ll reply you a note if that style makes a comeback!

My discount code isn’t working

Double check if the code you received is designed for new customers, has a minimum price, or an expiration date. Our discount codes do not apply to Kits, gift cards, non-TS items (3rd party), and other select items.

Returns & Exchange

Orders may be returned up to 45 days after purchase. Returns must be unworn and undamaged — a quick try on is cool, spin class and a sweaty run is less cool. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
